We have no fixed changeover day.
Check in is from 15:30. Check out is by 10:00
Our minimum stay is 3 nights with the exception of July and August the minimum is 7 nights, Christmas period is minimum 5 nights. We will consider shorter stays if available between other bookings. Please ask.
Travel Insurance; We advise all our guests to take out a travel insurance policy including cancellation.
Suitable for young children with adult supervision
Access to the villa is via an electric security gate operated by a pedestrian gate and key and an electronic fob for the main gate. Details on access will be sent to you prior to your arrival.
No smoking or pets

Deposit: A 30% deposit is required within 24 hours to confirm the booking. The full balance is due 8 weeks before departure.
Bookings less than 8 weeks to arrival require full payment at the time of booking.
If you are booking 12+ months in advance you can pay half the deposit (15%) 'now' and the other half in by 31st January.
Payment
Payment can be made by BACS - to UK bank, Credit Card; 1.4% + 20p transaction fee applies PayPal; 3.4% transaction fee applies. Payments must be confirmed within 24 hours of booking.
A £300 refundable security deposit is required with final balance. An appropriate deduction from will be made for any damage, breakages or violation of our terms and conditions. Please notify the management in case of any damage or breakages.
Reduction for booking of +14 nights and/or 12+ month advance booking.
